Lauren McGrath Dutton, TCRG and World Championship Irish Dancer opened the McGrath Academy of Irish Dance in January 2004. Located in Northern Virginia and Maryland, the McGrath Academy is dedicated to teaching and promoting the culture rich form of traditional Irish dance throughout our community. As an active member of the world organization governing Irish Dance, 'An Coimisiun le Rinci Gaelacha' of Dublin, Ireland, our students compete and perform traditional sets and ceili's and both solo and figure dance choreographies.
