	December 30th, 2006: Five of our families travel to Pittsburgh for the first annual Winter Feis.
December 16th, 2006: Thirty-three of our dancers rsvp to participate in the Gainesville Ballet's production of The Nutcracker. The show was performed at Taylor Middle School in Warrenton.		December 2nd & 3rd, 2006: Aerin, Ariel, Kara & Keneally represent the McGrath Academy at the 2006 Southern Region Oireachtas held at the Mariott Crystal Gateway, Crystal City.
November 18th, 2006: A delegation of our dancers provided the holiday entertainment at The 8th Annual Festival of Trees, A Celtic Christmas.		November 12th, 2006: Best friends in dance, and best friends for life, Kara and Ariel celebrate at the Coyle Feis.
November 5th, 2006: Lynne wraps up the local season in style at Feis Culkin by placing in Adult Prelim!		October 30th, 2006: Classmates arrange an after-class surprise treat for birthday girl Aerin.
October 29th, 2006: The Dogfish Head Alehouse in Gaithersburg, MD was the scene of a fundraiser for the Gaithersburg Saint Patrick's Day parade.		October 22nd, 2006: Our dancers flock to The Beach and bring home boat loads of prizes from the Rhythm of Ireland Feis, Virginia Beach, VA.
October 14th, 2006: McGrath celebrates a successful Ryan Feis in Langhorne, PA including placements in Prelim by Aerin and Kara!		September 23rd, 2006: Miss Alice hosts a buffet dinner and performance fundraiser at our Lorton studio to benefit the McGrath Feis 2008.
September 16th, 2006: Aerin and Kara lead the way for our competitors at the Baltimore Feis. Congratulations to them for placing in their Prelim events!		August & September 2006: McGrath dancers travel North for the Southern Tier and Waterloo feiseanna.
August 26th, 2006: East Durham, NY - Dancer Claire G. celebrates her first feis by bringing home two 1sts and a 3rd! Congratulations!		August 19th & 20th, 2006: Atlantic City, NJ - known for beaches, casinos, Miss America and.... oh yes, the Lynn Academy Feis!
August 13th, 2006: Jamie and Aidan, our youngest competitors at the Irish Culture Club of Delaware Feis, show the Big Guys how it's done!		July 23rd, 2006: Congratulations to all our dancers who came out to the Nation's Capital Feis in Alexandria, VA!
July 4th, 2006: McGrath dancers show school and patriotic spirit by participating in the Orange Hunt Estates Civic Association's annual parade and demonstration in West Springfield, VA .		June 25th, 2006: Our U10 girls were among the dancers brave enough to battle the competition - and the elements - at the Celtic Fling Feis in Manheim, PA.
June 17th, 2006: Nearly 50 McGrath Academy dancers converge on JEB Stuart High School in Falls Church, VA for a day at the Old Dominion Feis.		June 10th, 2006: Congratulations to Ariel for her 8th place Preliminary finish at the Patricia Murphy Feis!
May 28th, 2006: Dancers and their families travel to Emmitsburg for a day of dancing and tailgating at the CCE Feis.		April 23rd, 2006: Dancers participate in a 4-hour long dance-a-thon to raise money for the 2007 McGrath Feis.
April 1st, 2006: Lynne, Keneally, Travis, Alice & Shannon celebrate a successful day at the West Virginia State Feis.		March 16th, 2006: Dancers demonstrate traditional Irish steps and a bit of music to the residents of Sudley Manor.
March 14th, 2006: A nice afternoon performance for the George Brent Council - Knights of Columbus in Manassas, VA.		March 7th, 15th, 2006: Alice on stage with the Chieftains at the Kennedy Center Concert Hall, in D.C. and the following week at the University of Richmond, VA.
February 12th, 2006: The McGrath Academy dancers and families took over the Four Provinces Restaurant in Falls Church to raise money for our school.		January 28th, 2006: The 1st Annual Raleigh Feis in NC, nicely run by Megan Carpenter and her School! Seventeen McGrath dancers and their families travel 5 hours to do their best.
